In order to get more sales I would recommend also adding better description for the items being sold,

You have a easy navigational website, you’re in the search engines for most of the terms used and your getting traffic from Google, When we perform SEO are job is to get you on the first few pages for terms used by people searching for your product but it down to you to turn a visitor into a customer, There are a number of ways to do this and there is lots of advice on the net, I find that offering FREE goody’s makes a visit into a sale, in my case on my site I offer free web hosting and domain name, check your competitors prices compared to yours and undercut them (but not too much) and a good product description goes a long way too.

Unfortunately it’s not part of SEO or a service i can offer to get you sales as i don’t know anything about the products your selling apart from the information i am given from you or your eBay listings, Turning a visitor into a sale is purely down to you im afraid, I don’t think anybody but you could do this. However I can try to offer assistance, A quick Google search showed this site http://marketing.about.com/od/salestraining/a/salesfriends.htm

My advice would be
1. to build a good sales strategy
2. better product description (this is where you need to concentrate at this moment i would say) 3. try to offer something free e.g. “you get this free when you buy this product today offer ends soon limited stock” or free postage on all items 4. add your free promotion on the home page 5. always keep an eye on your competitors prices and undercut them by 50p or so

Think of your website as a shop in the city center and the products hung on the walls and the product descriptions from the site as the reply from the shop keeper to a customer when they ask what is this product and what does it do, how can it benefit me?

The products sell by a good description let them know what they are buying, describe the product as if you were telling someone who didn’t have a clue what is was and explain the benefits of the product and high light its points that set it apart from the other products. The same rule applies on eBay, Think of it this way, if you searched for something on eBay and you came across the same product twice, one was cheaper but didn’t have a very good description it just said this is the product and its nice, and the other one you found was a bit more expensive but it described the products details and benefits then you will most likely buy the more expensive one even though it’s the same as the cheaper but the more expensive one was purchased based from the description.
Why? The description sells the product in 98% of sales.

My advice would be to pay for high quality images.  If you do a google search on product photography you could pay around £6 to have the pictures of your products taken professionally.  This will make a big impact to your sales.

Look at it as an investment.  If the pictures are of poor quality your site will not attract customers to purhcase.
